FISHMEAL / FISH Oil SECTION
Brief China RMB Cash Market:
Cash market of China fishmeal has been keeping uptrend to RMB18,500/ton at Shanghai port during the week while inventory stockpiled at main ports has been apparently reducing. There’re no sufficient fishmeal cargoes to refill up those reduced inventory for weeks, and such decreasing inventory would be constantly making RMB cash market going up by end of July for sure.

FM Comments: The reducing fishmeal inventory at China ports would further support RMB cash trend while there’s no clear progress at resuming anchovy fishing. Meanwhile, the less cargoes shipped from other resources the higher anxious about lack of substitutions during Q3 in RMB cash market. To see weekly fishmeal off-take from China ports, there’s already shown regular size of market momentum in fishmeal weekly off-take or demands. No matter what those previous off-takes go to practical summer consumption or go to purposedly hoarding, RMB cash trend would be easily moving to RMB20,000/ton soon.
