From now on, Official documents sent to MOA Beijing has been simplified to do below if you are a party of “ Hauge Apostille country” :

1) Photocopy of Factory Registration Certificate: certified by a notary public before endorsed by China Foreign Affairs Ministry in your country i/o done by China Embassy as before.  

2) Original Free sales Certificate: Authentication to be done by China Foreign Affairs Ministry in your country i/o done by China Embassy as before.  

If you are a non-Huge country, the Embassy legalization is remain unchanged

The signatories of the "Hague Convention" are currently spread across five continents, with a total of 126 countries and regions.
