Today Comments:
Fishmeal: The Peruvian fishmeal market remains firm. The pre-sale reference price for the new season of Peruvian super prime fishmeal is around USD 1950/ton (CNF), stable, with pre-sale volumes exceeding about 155,000 tons.

In the Chinese domestic market for imported fishmeal, Trader are increasingly willing to adjust prices accordingly, but market transactions remain sluggish. Currently, the price of Peruvian super prime fishmeal is down by about 100 yuan, with actual transactions being negotiable.

In the short term, Chinese market is expected to remain in a consolidation phase.

Soybean Meal: Large volume of imported soybeans has arrived at China main ports, leading to ample supply. Oilseed processing plants are maintaining a high operating rate, resulting in high soybean meal production.

Market concerns about potential future shortages in soybean supply are gradually easing, which will likely limit any rebound in forward prices.
