Today Comments:
According to GACC statistics, China's fishmeal imports exceeded 2 million tons in year 2025 (2,018,690 tons), an increase of approximately 150,000 tons compared to 1,928,366 tons of 2024. This year, total imported from Peru 1,022,388 tons, followed by Vietnam with 228,291 tons, and Chile with 149,600 tons.
As for USA Poultry by-product meal importing quantity largely dropped, mainly due to the instability of US-China trade tariffs, decreasing from 250,000 tons in 2024 to 169,857 tons 2025.
MBM (Meat and bone meal) imports remain primarily from Australia, followed by Argentina/Uruguay, with a small amount from New Zealand. Total Imports in 2025 are about 150,000 tons, a slight increase of 20,000 tons compared to 2024.
Fishoil (mainly for human consumption) , total importing quantity reached 86,345 tons mainly from Peru/Chile/Morocco/Vietnam.. and including Russian origin dropped 80% comparison with 2024.
Soybean, total importing more than 111 million mainly from Brazil 82 million about in year 2025.
