This past week was another down week – corn prices were down by about USD 7 m/t with soybeans down by as much as USD 10 m/t and soymeal down by USD 8 to 10 m/t. A lot of USA grain experts are now looking very closely at the weather and seeing quite a bit of hot and dry weather in coming days --- so far this is short term but could become longer term which should certainly help to push prices higher.
