I. FISHMEAL / FISH Oil SECTION
Brief China RMB Cash Market:
Cash trend of China fishmeal has been slightly going up to RMB12,700/ton at Shanghai port during the week while currency of RMB keeps depreciating status. And, that makes recent costly imported fishmeal products though Shanghai remains lockdowns. However, such cost up circumstances could be slightly easier due to up-to-dated ideal anchovy fishing may apparently expand fishmeal supply during summer while there’s still a high-rising fishmeal stockpiles at China ports.

FM Comments:
RMB Market: CFO measures the entire stockpiles of China fishmeal at ports could keep going up but gradually approaching 300k tons during June. And, that could more or less disadvantage recent uptrend though there’s a costly landed cost of imported fishmeal brought by depreciating currency of RMB. However, lockdown in Shanghai is nearly to be finished in a short term and that could speed up breeding activity with its industrial consumptions.
