I. FISHMEAL / FISH Oil SECTION
Brief China RMB Cash Market:
Cash trend of China fishmeal has been keeping flat at RMB13,300/ton at Shanghai port during the week. Summer breeding has been remaining firm with ideal performance of fishmeal off-take from main ports and further reducing fishmeal inventory stockpiled at China ports down below 190k tons. RMB cash market would commonly get solid uptrend if inventory gradually gets closer to 150k tons.

FM Comments:
RMB Market: The ideal summer breeding supports RMB cash trend when 150k tons of fishmeal at main ports is seeable. Before receiving fishmeal cargoes from 1st anchovy season, RMB cash market would shortly keep solid status at RMB13,300-13,500/ton. The reducing fishmeal inventory becomes a fact shortly supports cash market and it could get closer to 150k tons to further push up RMB cash trend to RMB13,800/ton during rest of August.
